It’s good to listen to the Word but you must also be a doer of the Word.
Read: James 1:22
But prove yourselves doers of the word [actively and continually obeying God’s precepts], and not merely listeners [who hear the word but fail to internalize its meaning], deluding yourselves [by unsound reasoning contrary to the truth.
Obedience to do His will brings many blessings.

If you remember my laws and commands and obey them, 4 I will give you rains at the right season; the land will produce crops, and the trees of the field will produce their fruit. 5 Your threshing will continue until the grape harvest, and your grape harvest will continue until it is time to plant. I will keep harmful animals out of your country, and armies will not pass through it.
Be honest, operate with integrity in everything you do and God will reward you.

God is proud of you when you share your gifts and talents. Don’t hoard. The more you give, the more you’ll receive.

How and why we do things mean more than the things we do.

Someone can look right, talk right and act right but only God can tell you if he/she is right.

way you see them. People judge by outward appearance, but the
Lord looks at the heart.”
Working out and keeping your body at peak performance while you’re young is healthy. Gaining your gray hair through experience is healthy too, both require getting off the couch.

People can boast about many things but God alone decides who will rise and who will fall.

Sometimes you have to give and do more – even much more – to make a bad situation good.
