Salt is a preservative, an antiseptic and a flavor enhancer. God says we are the salt of the earth. We have the power to do all these things and more, so use it.

You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless.
Let your conversation be gracious and attractive so that you will have the right response for everyone.
Trust Him to figure it out for you. Don’t worry about the wicked.
