Don’t be thin-skinned. Receive honest criticism as a blessing.

Read: Proverbs 29:1

29 Whoever stubbornly refuses to accept criticism
will suddenly be destroyed beyond recovery.

Don’t close your eyes to poverty but help the poor every chance you get.

Read: Proverbs 28:27

27 Whoever gives to the poor will lack nothing,
but those who close their eyes to poverty will be cursed.

So many say yes and start out right but allow themselves to get caught up in life’s boundaries and wrong relationships distracted from truth. If you want to win you’ve got to finish this race.

24 So you must remain faithful to what you have been taught from the beginning. If you do, you will remain in fellowship with the Son and with the Father. 25 And in this fellowship we enjoy the eternal life he promised us.

Greed is not the way to go. It causes fighting, dissension and division. Trusting the Lord brings prosperity in every way.

Give honest, constructive criticism rather than flattery and you’ll be appreciated.

Knowing is not enough. Loving and doing the Scriptures brings great peace and you do not stumble.

165 Those who love your instructions have great peace
and do not stumble.

Forgiving is an action but forgetting is a choice. So forget it and let it go. You have control over forgetting.

5 Love is not rude, is not selfish, and does not get upset with others. Love does not count up wrongs that have been done.

You can defeat evil by doing good.

Read: Romans 12:21

21 Don’t let evil conquer you, but conquer evil by doing good.

Be careful what you store up in your heart because it will surely come out of your mouth eventually.

34 You brood of snakes! How could evil men like you speak what is good and right? For whatever is in your heart determines what you say.

When you feel yourself getting anxious about anything, stop and pray. This will calm your emotions and you’ll move forward with peace.

6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
