Don’t neglect the gifts that are in you. Use them to help your friends, neighbors, classmates, associates and your family.

6 This is why I remind you to fan into flames the spiritual gift God gave you when I laid my hands on you.
14 Do not neglect the spiritual gift you received through the prophecy spoken over you when the elders of the church laid their hands on you.
Don’t worry. Just go with the flow. Enjoy the journey, relax and trust God.

Be faithful and obedient to God and He will help you win over your enemies.

Even the blind and lame could keep you out!” For the Jebusites thought they were safe. 7 But David captured the fortress of Zion, which is now called the City of David.
Never try to bend God’s rule. They don’t bend! Keep going straight all the way to the end.

27 Don’t get sidetracked;
keep your feet from following evil.
It might feel unfair to keep forgiving someone over and over again. But best to let them off the hook so you don’t get full of bitterness.

God protects His own.

And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
And their vindication is from Me,” declares the Lord.
When it takes longer than you think, keep hoping. You won’t be disappointed.

5 and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
There are times in life we need God to rescue us and He will.
Read: 2 Peter 2: 7,9-10
7 But God also rescued Lot out of Sodom because he was a righteous man who was sick of the shameful immorality of the wicked people around him.
9 So you see, the Lord knows how to rescue godly people from their trials, even while keeping the wicked under punishment until the day of final judgment. 10 He is especially hard on those who follow their own twisted sexual desire, and who despise authority.
These people are proud and arrogant, daring even to scoff at supernatural beings without so much as trembling.
