Seriously

It is a serious mistake to mess with God’s people especially his Shepherds.

Read: Psalms 105:15

15 “Do not touch my chosen people,
and do not hurt my prophets.”

Mature

We who have matured in God know what’s right and what’s wrong. We must share what we know.

Read: Hebrews 5:14

14 Solid food is for those who are mature, who through training have the skill to recognize the difference between right and wrong.

Be Patient

We must give those we care about, who think they know, a chance to grow no matter how old they are.

Read: Hebrews 5:13

13 For someone who lives on milk is still an infant and doesn’t know how to do what is right.

Then Come

If you’re tired of being hungry for anything and thirsty too, then come!

Read: John 6:35

35 Jesus replied, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again. Whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

Self Promotion

Don’t think more highly of yourself then you ought. Let Jesus be an example for you. You want God to promote you in due season.

Read: Hebrews 5:4-5

4 And no one can become a high priest simply because he wants such an honor. He must be called by God for this work, just as Aaron was. 5 That is why Christ did not honor himself by assuming he could become High Priest. No, he was chosen by God, who said to him,

“You are my Son.
Today I have become your Father.”

Sign Of The Times

When you’re good or righteous you get rewarded. When you’re wicked you get the punishment due to you too. That’s just the way it is.

Read: Ezekiel 7:10-11,13

10 “The day of judgment is here;
your destruction awaits!
The people’s wickedness and pride
have blossomed to full flower.
11 Their violence has grown into a rod
that will beat them for their wickedness.
None of these proud and wicked people will survive.
All their wealth and prestige will be swept away.

13 Even if the merchants survive,
they will never return to their business.
For what God has said applies to everyone—
it will not be changed!
Not one person whose life is twisted by sin
will ever recover.

Demise

Planning someone else’s demise is not wise, ever.

Read: Proverbs 26:27

27 If you set a trap for others,
you will get caught in it yourself.
If you roll a boulder down on others,
it will crush you instead.

Be Carefull

With so much going on today, we must be careful and encourage one another daily.

Read: Hebrews 3:13-15

13 You must warn each other every day, while it is still “today,” so that none of you will be deceived by sin and hardened against God. 14 For if we are faithful to the end, trusting God just as firmly as when we first believed, we will share in all that belongs to Christ. 15 Remember what it says:

“Today when you hear his voice,
don’t harden your hearts
as Israel did when they rebelled.”

Know

First thing’s first. Know the Word of God for yourself then you can share it with others.

Read: Ezekiel 3:10-11

10 Then he added, “Son of man, let all my words sink deep into your own heart first. Listen to them carefully for yourself. 11 Then go to your people in exile and say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says!’ Do this whether they listen to you or not.”

Talk But No Action

The world we live in today teaches us not to be moved by smooth words when the actions presented are contrary to what is said.

Read: Proverbs 26:23-26

23 Smooth words may hide a wicked heart,
just as a pretty glaze covers a clay pot.
24 People may cover their hatred with pleasant words,
but they’re deceiving you.
25 They pretend to be kind, but don’t believe them.
Their hearts are full of many evils.
26 While their hatred may be concealed by trickery,
their wrongdoing will be exposed in public.
