Working out and keeping your body at peak performance while you’re young is healthy. Gaining your gray hair through experience is healthy too, both require getting off the couch.

Worry can cause you to think of stupid stuff that probably will
never happen. Do not worry.
Once derailed, it is hard to get relationships back on track but God
can give a clean slate and a fresh start, just ask HIM.

Everything must change. Changes bring uncertainty. Seek God for direction during these times.

Not only us but God uses people who do not know Him to do his work too. Pray for all leaders.
