Read Romans 14:8

If we live, it’s to honor the Lord. And if we die, it’s to honor the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.

Don’t put God in a box

Read Isaiah 56:6-7

⁶ And foreigners who bind themselves to the Lord
    to minister to him,
to love the name of the Lord,
    and to be his servants,
all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it
    and who hold fast to my covenant—
⁷ these I will bring to my holy mountain
    and give them joy in my house of prayer.
Their burnt offerings and sacrifices
    will be accepted on my altar;
for my house will be called
    a house of prayer for all nations.”

We can’t control what happens in the world but because of our Faith we know who is in control and He keeps us safe.

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

Faith is the key to empower you and delivers what you hope for in prayer.

11 What is faith? It is the confident assurance that something we want is going to happen. It is the certainty that what we hope for is waiting for us, even though we cannot see it up ahead.

Do not conform to the ways of this world. Hold your ground and stand firm with God.

¹³ Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong.

What do you need from Jesus today. You’ve got to talk to him in faith and believe.

⁴⁰ A man with leprosy came and knelt in front of Jesus, begging to be healed. “If you are willing, you can heal me and make me clean,” he said.

⁴¹ Moved with compassion, Jesus reached out and touched him. “I am willing,” he said. “Be healed!”

It is better to ask rather than demand anyone to do your request.

You have done all you can do and now humble yourself and rely on God to give you the victory.

It doesn’t take much to get off track, so stay alert and don’t be deceived or distracted. Stay faithful to God.

You can be a role model to all you come in contact with by being a true friend. Having an extended family is living life at its best.
