There is one thing we should know.

Read 1 John 3:11

¹¹ For this is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another..

Here is what you should constantly think about.

Read: Philippians 4:8-9

⁸ Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. ⁹ Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

Faith is the key to empowerment.

Read: Hebrews 11:1

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

No matter what’s coming at you, you hold your ground and stand.

Read: 1 Corinthians 16:13

¹³ Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong.

Be aware and wary of the small things that can make you stumble.

Read: Proverbs 4:14-15

¹⁴ Don’t do as the wicked do,
    and don’t follow the path of evildoers.
¹⁵ Don’t even think about it; don’t go that way.
    Turn away and keep moving.

Things can look rough, but keep your hope alive. Trust in God.

Read: Romans 15:13

¹³ May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing [through the experience of your faith] that by the power of the Holy Spirit you will abound in hope and overflow with confidence in His promises.

Don’t expect God to be confined solely in serious matters. He is present in Literature, Art, Movies and many other expressions. His truth is all around us.

¹³ When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own but will tell you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future.

You want God to honor you ? Then make a creed to live and walk in integrity.

Regardless of what job we do, we are in full time service for the Lord and we must represent him.

² Preach the word of God. Be prepared, whether the time is favorable or not. Patiently correct, rebuke, and encourage your people with good teaching.

What we do publicly representing whose we are is the strongest and best witness we have.
