There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
Your body must honor God daily.

19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
Serving materialism is burdensome.

Whoever loves money never has enough;
whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income.
This too is meaningless.
It makes no sense to worry, it can’t help you in anyway so don’t do it.

Stand strong when adversity comes.

Strive to be a source of laughter.

Don’t copy someone else, be yourself.

Do not share everything that’s on your mind.

Do not turn back, rather keep moving forward. You can accomplish your goal. Don’t give up.
