Set your goal higher than high.

Read: 2 Timothy 2:15

¹⁵ Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.

Stay open to wise advice.

Read: Proverbs 13:10

Where there is strife, there is pride,
    but wisdom is found in those who take advice.

Understand that what we’ve been given came with a price.

Read: 1 Peter 1:18-19

¹⁸ For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, ¹⁹ but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.

Make sure you do what you want done to you.

Don’t be slack in what you’re doing, do it diligently.

Never give up… stand.

God’s timing is always perfect.

It is a blessing knowing what branch to depend on.

Don’t pretend you are something you’re not. It’s important to dig deep and commit and submit to the will of God.
