Be grateful for the place God has prepared for you.

Read: Daniel 2:44

My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?

It takes discernment to choose the right advisers. Surround yourself with people who have many years of experience to receive wise counsel.

Read: 1 Kings 12:8

But Rehoboam rejected the advice the elders gave him and consulted the young men who had grown up with him and were serving him.

Obedience is key to pleasing God.

If you obey all my laws and commands, I will do for you what I promised your father David.

Our good shepherd sacrificed everything for us.

Read: John 10:14-16

I am the good shepherd; I know my own sheep, and they know me, 15 just as my Father knows me and I know the Father. So I sacrifice my life for the sheep. 16 I have other sheep, too, that are not in this sheepfold. I must bring them also. They will listen to my voice, and there will be one flock with one shepherd.

Do not let success go to your head.

God will take care of it all.

Remember, He is always there!

You can count on His Word!

It is the same with my word.

Give as you have received.

Heal the sick, raise the dead, cure those with leprosy, and cast out demons. Give as freely as you have received!

Here is a reason to trust the Lord.

I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,

and you make the Most High your dwelling,

no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.

14 “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
