When we take refuge in Him, He fills us with joy.
Read: Psalm 2:12
Submit to God’s royal son, or he will become angry,
and you will be destroyed in the midst of all your activities—
for his anger flares up in an instant.
But what joy for all who take refuge in him!
If you are tired and have too much on your plate, put it all down and enter God’s Rest.

So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God. 10 For all who have entered into God’s rest have rested from their labors, just as God did after creating the world.
No matter what, God will help us!

Though you are a lowly worm, O Jacob,
don’t be afraid, people of Israel, for I will help you.
I am the Lord, your Redeemer.
I am the Holy One of Israel.
We glorify God when we speak his Word out loud. He delights in showing His favor to those who bring glory to Him.

And now, O Lord God, I am your servant; do as you have promised concerning me and my family. Confirm it as a promise that will last forever.
We serve a God who is able to change evil into good in any situation.

Who is this who comes from Edom,
from the city of Bozrah,
with his clothing stained red?
Who is this in royal robes,
marching in his great strength?
“It is I, the Lord, announcing your salvation!
It is I, the Lord, who has the power to save!”
Don’t worry. Let God take care of the wicked.

You who love the Lord, hate evil!
He protects the lives of his godly people
and rescues them from the power of the wicked.
If you are a child of God you won’t lose it.

And now the prize awaits me—the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me on the day of his return. And the prize is not just for me but for all who eagerly look forward to his appearing.
Trust God because He cares.

Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.
It’s time to believe God and His promises more firmly than ever before.
