Fear was not given to you so don’t let it in.

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

You are so special to Him!

You have the ability to choose.

 I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live, ²⁰ loving the Lord your God, obeying his voice and holding fast to him, for he is your life and length of days, that you may dwell in the land that the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

Everyone makes mistakes, but the wise thing to do is to always tell the truth.

When trouble comes and you need help, shout out to the Lord!

Focus on what is unseen.

So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. ¹⁷ For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, ¹⁸ as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.

Always keep in mind who is in control.
