Guard what you hear. Hold fast to what is good.

Read: Hebrews 2:1

We must pay the most careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away.

Don’t run from God…run to Him.

Read: Joel 2:13

Don’t tear your clothing in your grief,
but tear your hearts instead.”
Return to the Lord your God,
for he is merciful and compassionate,
slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love.
He is eager to relent and not punish.

God’s love for us is so great that He calls us His children.

Read: I John 3:1 

See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.

Get rid of frustration and anxieties and get a life.

Read: Proverbs 21:21

Whoever pursues righteousness and love

   finds life, prosperity[a] and honor.

Never take this for granted. God is protecting us from hidden dangers.

Read: Psalm 91:4

He will cover you with his feathers.
He will shelter you with his wings.
His faithful promises are your armor and protection.

God’s Word gives us life.

Read: Psalms 119:93 

I will never forget your commandments,

   for by them you give me life.

You can win your race.

Read: Hebrews 12:1

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.

Stay on the path God called you to and you’ll be blessed.
