You must keep your dream alive by working towards it.

Read: Proverbs 21:25

The desire of the sluggard puts him to death,
For his hands refuse to work;

When you obey God you can expect his blessings on you, your children and more.

Read: Psalm 103:17-18

But the love of the Lord remains forever
with those who fear him.
His salvation extends to the children’s children
18 of those who are faithful to his covenant,
of those who obey his commandments!

Be diligent and stay steady.

Read: Proverbs 12:14

Well-spoken words bring satisfaction;
well-done work has its own reward.

Keep your eye on the prize and don’t give up.

Read: Philippians 3:13-14

Brothers and sisters, I know that I have not yet reached that goal, but there is one thing I always do. Forgetting the past and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I keep trying to reach the goal and get the prize for which God called me through Christ to the life above.

Excellent advice. As a Leader you must sharpen your ability to delegate.

Moreover you shall select from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens. 22 And let them judge the people at all times. Then it will be that every great matter they shall bring to you, but every small matter they themselves shall judge. So it will be easier for you, for they will bear the burden with you.

If there is a tough decision for you to make, make it! When a difficult task comes up, face it head on and do not be afraid.

Do not be afraid of their faces,

For I am with you to deliver you,” says the Lord.

“Therefore prepare yourself and arise,

And speak to them all that I command you.

Do not be dismayed before their faces,

Lest I dismay you before them.

When you forgive quickly you take the advantage away from your enemy.

Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.

Stand firm in faith and your enemy will leave you alone.

Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. 9 Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your family of believers[a] all over the world is going through the same kind of suffering you are.

So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

You may doubt a lot of things but the Word of the Lord is always true.

Of course not! Even if everyone else is a liar, God is true. As the Scriptures say about him,

“You will be proved right in what you say,

   and you will win your case in court.”

You want to lead…well leaders are not only self-starters they are finishers too.
