You’ve done everything you know to do to help those you love. Yet they keep stumbling and making wrong choices. Here’s why.
Read: 1 Peter 2:8
“He is the stone that makes people stumble,
the rock that makes them fall.”[a]
They stumble because they do not obey God’s word, and so they meet the fate that was planned for them.
No one can do it for you. It is up to you to clean up your act and your life. This instruction is a sign of God’s Kindness. The time to do it is now.

So get rid of all evil behavior. Be done with all deceit, hypocrisy, jealousy, and all unkind speech. 2 Like newborn babies, you must crave pure spiritual milk so that you will grow into a full experience of salvation. Cry out for this nourishment, 3 now that you have had a taste of the Lord’s kindness.
Never underestimate the power of prayer.

Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.
Don’t be short tempered, listen before speaking and just take your time before moving.

Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry.
You have the power to kick the enemy out of your affairs.

So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
You have something special. Learn what your gifts are and share them.

God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.

You’re going to receive what your actions deserve.

You need to understand that your motives have got to be right to get your prayers answered.
