Recharge

We go and go and go and we must also stop and recharge our batteries.

Read: Mark 6:31

31 Then Jesus said, “Let’s go off by ourselves to a quiet place and rest awhile.” He said this because there were so many people coming and going that Jesus and his apostles didn’t even have time to eat.

Fruitful

A person who trusts God is always fruitful and isn’t afraid like a strong tree planted by the river. It’s always being refreshed.

Read: Jeremiah 17:7-8

“But blessed are those who trust in the Lord
and have made the Lord their hope and confidence.
8 They are like trees planted along a riverbank,
with roots that reach deep into the water.
Such trees are not bothered by the heat
or worried by long months of drought.
Their leaves stay green,
and they never stop producing fruit.

Greed

Protect yourself from Greed. The love of money has destroyed many. If you avoid greed and find yourself content with the blessings of God you’ll be much happier.

Read: I Timothy 6:6-10

6 Yet true godliness with contentment is itself great wealth. 7 After all, we brought nothing with us when we came into the world, and we can’t take anything with us when we leave it. 8 So if we have enough food and clothing, let us be content.
9 But people who long to be rich fall into temptation and are trapped by many foolish and harmful desires that plunge them into ruin and destruction. 10 For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. And some people, craving money, have wandered from the true faith and pierced themselves with many sorrows.

Everyone

Each of us has a gift from God and they are all different and important.

Read: I Corinthians 7:7

7 But I wish everyone were single, just as I am. Yet each person has a special gift from God, of one kind or another.

Waiting

Waiting is difficult but if you’re waiting on God it is worth the wait. So keep on praying.

Read: Psalms 27:14

Be brave and courageous.
Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.

Listen

Learn to listen to the Spirit of God before you make your choices.

Read: Isaiah 30:21

21 Your own ears will hear him.
Right behind you a voice will say,
“This is the way you should go,”
whether to the right or to the left.

Beauty

Beauty from the inside out is what’s beautiful to God.

Read: I Peter 3:3-4

3 Don’t be concerned about the outward beauty of fancy hairstyles, expensive jewelry, or beautiful clothes. 4 You should clothe yourselves instead with the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God.

Remembers

God won’t forget you. He remembers all His promises and He keeps His Word.

Read: Psalms 115:12-13

12 The Lord remembers us and will bless us.
He will bless the people of Israel
and bless the priests, the descendants of Aaron.
13 He will bless those who fear the Lord,
both great and lowly.

Acknowledge

If you acknowledge God in all that you do He will make your paths straight.

Read: Proverbs 3:6

6 Seek his will in all you do,

and he will show you which path to take.
