You can get relief by casting your burdens on the Lord.

Read: Psalm 55:22

22 Give your burdens to the Lord,
and he will take care of you.
He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.

The Lord is absolute truth.

Read: John 14:6 and Proverbs 29:25

6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

25 Fearing people is a dangerous trap,
but trusting the Lord means safety.

Stay on the straight and narrow. Don’t get sidetracked!

Read: Proverbs 4:27

27 Don’t get sidetracked;
keep your feet from following evil.

Do not let your past failures contaminate your future.

Read: Isaiah 40:28-29, 31 

28 Have you never heard?
Have you never understood?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of all the earth.
He never grows weak or weary.
No one can measure the depths of his understanding.
29 He gives power to the weak
and strength to the powerless.

31 But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength.
They will soar high on wings like eagles.
They will run and not grow weary.
They will walk and not faint.

The Spirit in you is greater than the spirit in this world.

Read: 1 John 4:4

4 But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.

Don’t be caught off guard. Study!

Read: 2 Timothy 2:15 

15 Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth.

Someone you love has done wrong and it’s ugly. It’s important to continue to show love to that someone.

Read: I Peter 4:8 

8 Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each other, for love covers a multitude of sins.

Everything comes back around. So when you can do well for someone, just do it.

27 Do not withhold good from those who deserve it
when it’s in your power to help them.
28 If you can help your neighbor now, don’t say,
“Come back tomorrow, and then I’ll help you.”
