Age does not matter. No one is too young, too old, too weak, or too slow to serve the Lord.

Read: 2 Kings 11:21 

21 [a]Joash[b] was seven years old when he became king.

Speak the truth only. It needs no explanation.

Read: Ephesians 4: 14-15 

14 Then we will no longer be immature like children. We won’t be tossed and blown about by every wind of new teaching. We will not be influenced when people try to trick us with lies so clever they sound like the truth. 15 Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church.

It took some of us a while to get it right. Therefore, we should encourage our youth to get it right with the Lord sooner rather than later.

25 The Lord is good to those who depend on him,
to those who search for him.

27 And it is good for people to submit at an early age
to the yoke of his discipline:

Death cannot stop God.

Read: I Kings 17:21-22

21 And he stretched himself out over the child three times and cried out to the Lord, “O Lord my God, please let this child’s life return to him.” 22 The Lord heard Elijah’s prayer, and the life of the child returned, and he revived!

There is no more time for wavering nor time for playing games. Decide now whom you are going to follow.

21 Then Elijah stood in front of them and said, “How much longer will you waver, hobbling between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow him! But if Baal is God, then follow him!” But the people were completely silent.

No matter what’s going on praise God in all things. He is a refuge for you.

17 Though the fig tree does not bud
and there are no grapes on the vines,
though the olive crop fails
and the fields produce no food,
though there are no sheep in the pen
and no cattle in the stalls,
18 yet I will rejoice in the Lord,
I will be joyful in God my Savior.

It’s the little things you do that will set you up for the bigger things you’ll get to do.

29 To those who use well what they are given, even more will be given, and they will have an abundance. But from those who do nothing, even what little they have will be taken away.

On a battlefield you have to learn to obey the General before you’ll know how to command others.

but babbling fools fall flat on their faces.

I want to encourage you at this time. Spend quality time in the Word of God and learn.

13 Take hold of my instructions; don’t let them go.
Guard them, for they are the key to life.

Never twist the truth so you don’t have to remember what you said to whom when.

22 But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.
