Don’t let someone else’s problem become yours.

Read: Proverbs 12:16

Fools quickly show that they are upset,
but the wise ignore insults.​

Every day ask God to make everything you do successful.

Lord our God, treat us well.
Give us success in what we do;
yes, give us success in what we do.

Choose to build others up in all your conversations.

Read: Ephesians 4:29

Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them

It pleases God when you accomplish the things he asks you to.

Read: I Samuel 15:22

But Samuel replied,

“What is more pleasing to the Lord:
your burnt offerings and sacrifices
or your obedience to his voice?
Listen! Obedience is better than sacrifice,
and submission is better than offering the fat of rams.

Don’t be satisfied with what looks good. Dig deeper and find out what is good.

Humans are satisfied with whatever looks good;
God probes for what is good.​

We can only guess at what someones true agenda is but God knows all.

But I, the Lord, search all hearts
and examine secret motives.
I give all people their due rewards,
according to what their actions deserve.

Love for real and do something.

My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.​

Making no decision is a decision. Step up now or a decision will be made for you.

Read: James 1:8

If you don’t know what you’re doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You’ll get his help, and won’t be condescended to when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought. People who “worry their prayers” are like wind-whipped waves. Don’t think you’re going to get anything from the Master that way, adrift at sea, keeping all your options open.

Don’t talk too much when speaking to God.

Do not be hasty in word or impulsive in thought to bring up a matter in the presence of God. For God is in heaven and you are on the earth; therefore let your words be few.
