If you are leading everything you are probably exhausted. Learn to delegate.

21 But select from all the people some capable, honest men who fear God and hate bribes. Appoint them as leaders over groups of one thousand, one hundred, fifty, and ten. 22 They should always be available to solve the people’s common disputes, but have them bring the major cases to you. Let the leaders decide the smaller matters themselves. They will help you carry the load, making the task easier for you.
Never step out in fear and do not worry. Let your actions attack fear with faith.

22 Give your burdens to the Lord,
and he will take care of you.
He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.
When you are desperate don’t run, stop and pray!

Don’t concentrate on what you don’t have but what you do have. See the glass half full and expect more.

When you are falsely accused, trust God who takes care of the innocent.

19 They will not be disgraced in hard times;
even in famine they will have more than enough.
It is time to clean up your act in every way.

5 Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.
Make your plans, get advice from wise counselors, and understand that it is God’s plans that prevail.

so you will be wise the rest of your life.
21 You can make many plans,
but the Lord’s purpose will prevail.
There is nothing going on with you that God can’t fix even when you don’t know what to ask for.

But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. 27 And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers[a] in harmony with God’s own will.
No one has to walk in darkness. The Light is available to all.

Do not let your need to be liked by others change your decision or actions to do what is right!
