It is critically important that you take time and listen. God is
always speaking; if you listen, you will hear.

Read: John 10:27

27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.

Keeping up with the Jones’ is not the way to go. Rather, be at
peace with who you are, what you wear, what you do and be mindful
of what you say.

Read: I Timothy 2:9-10

9 And I want women to be modest in their appearance.[a] They
should wear decent and appropriate clothing and not draw attention
to themselves by the way they fix their hair or by wearing gold or
pearls or expensive clothes. 10 For women who claim to be devoted
to God should make themselves attractive by the good things they
do.

Don’t let the indifference of the world confuse you. Stay in the
Word and live it

Read: Psalm 37:23-24

23 The Lord directs the steps of the godly.
He delights in every detail of their lives.
24 Though they stumble, they will never fall,
for the Lord holds them by the hand.

The path to hell is easy. The path to Heaven is narrow and not
easy. It takes courage and willpower to get there.

Read: Matthew 7:13-14

13 “You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate.
The highway to hell[a] is broad, and its gate is wide for the
many who choose that way. 14 But the gateway to life is very
narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.

Don’t be self-defeating. Little by little, one by one, God drives
out all of our enemies. So obey God.

Read: Exodus 23:30

30 I will drive them out a little at a time until your population
has increased enough to take possession of the land.

Fear makes you inactive. Step out in faith in spite of opposition.
If you must take a different direction then do so.

Read: I Corinthians 16:9

9 There is a wide-open door for a great work here, although many
oppose me.

If you want to understand and be wise, then you have to stay away from evil.

Read: Job 28:28

28 And this is what he says to all humanity:
‘The fear of the Lord is true wisdom;
to forsake evil is real understanding.'”

No matter what others say about you, it is plain and simple: you were made by God. God says you are valuable.

31 Then God looked over all he had made, and he saw that it
was very good! And evening passed and morning came, marking the sixth day.

Don’t hoard. Be generous and you’ll be blessed.

Luke 12:21:

21 “Yes, a person is a fool to store up earthly wealth but
not have a rich relationship with God.”

Matthew 6:19-20

19 “Don’t store up treasures here on earth, where moths eat
them and rust destroys them, and where thieves break in and
steal. 20 Store your treasures in heaven, where moths and rust
cannot destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal.

You have breath today so step up and praise the Lord!
