A Rut

When you find yourself in a rut, ask yourself

three questions: 1.Is this rut my own making?

2. Who am I following? Where am I going?

To get out of a rut you must make new choices!

Make sure you are following good leaders; don’t

simply follow the crowd. When you have no

vision but are just traveling through life you

are not reaching for a destination you end

up in a rut. Set some goals. Goals take you

somewhere! When you want to lead the

orchestra you must turn your back on the

crowd.

Your Children

Remember, your children watch the choices

You make in all areas of your life. Model

Christ before them and they will become

Models of Christ. No one ever really finds

Out what they believe in until they begin

To instruct their children. Never call

Good bad and bad good.  Your

Children remember!

Determination

Both determination and talent are needed for

Success. A lack of either can cause one to

fail. Be determined don’t quit.  Failure in

people is caused more by lack of

determination than lack in talent.

Value Those

Criticism is always tough to swallow, but in the end it

tends to do us more good than a diet of flattery. In

either case, we do well to value those who speak the

truth to us good or bad. The trouble with most of us

is that we would rather be ruined by praise than

saved by criticism.

Have a blessed week-end and

Remember GO TO CHURCH!

Never Assume, Ask!

God gives the wisdom to tell the difference between

truth and lies, between good and evil, between dark

and light, between bitter and sweet.  There are many

paths in life that look right, sound right, feel right and

seem right. But never assume. Always take the time

to ask God for guidance. It will save you from many

wrong turns, many heartaches, and many mistakes.

Contribute

No hits, no runs, no errors.  If we don’t try,

we don’t do…if we don’t do…we can’t bless

others.  We each have a contribution to make

to the lives of others.  Give your best effort

today.  It’s your best shot at scoring in the

game of life. If you want milk and sit on

a stool in the pasture expecting the cow

to back up to you….you’ll still be wanting

milk.  Let’s make a contribution today.

Get up and do something good!

Fall Into Place

It is right to deal with bad attitudes from

your children, Spouse, Friends and

Co-Workers too with strong correction.

When you see a good attitude from

Someone be sure to reward them quickly

and build them up. Now in order to do that we must

be a consistent role model with our own

Attitudes being right; walking in Love.
