Reminder

Some things we know and just need to be reminded.

When we focus on God, we become aware of his

power and stop being preoccupied with ourselves.

Our greatest source of help is almighty God, who

accomplishes the impossible. We can cope when

God’s strength replaces our weakness. Our

Impossibilities are God’s opportunities.

Enjoy a safe, fun and productive week-end

And remember Go to Church!

Overwhelming

We sometimes face overwhelming obstacles, opposition

and responsibilities. We fell outnumbered and helpless.

God strengthens our confidence by reminding us the He has

delivered His people in the past from their enemies and

that he can deliver you from your troubles. True courage

comes from knowing that God is stronger than your

worst problem and that he wants to use His strength

to help you. God promises to be with you and His

power is available to you when you are doing what

pleases Him.

The Majority

No matter how insignificant, or “amateurish” you

may feel today, the Master has these words for

you, DON’T STOP – keep playing.  He will

add whatever is needed to turn your efforts

into a masterpiece. GOD plus one is always

a majority!!! Now make it a blessed day!

Criticism

How willing are we to place ourselves in positions

to be criticized?  It is hard to invite others to tell us

what we do wrong and how we can improve.  Yet, if we

want to grow; we need to have criticism given to us.

The Lord offers us guidance as we try to grow, and we

can be sure that it will be given to us with the greatest

Love, even though it is hard to acknowledge that we are

lacking. Thank goodness that God is so patient with us

He gives us time to change and grow.

Truth

Truth and honesty are important if we hope to

have good, strong relationships.  God loves

truth and those who commit themselves to it

are blessed in the eyes of God. Lies destroy

Relationships and create walls between people.

We can please God and others when we

Speak the truth in Love.

Comfort

Most of us expect God to comfort us by providing us with the things that we want or think we need. God

doesn’t always act in the way we expect because our expectations come from faulty human perceptions.

Remember things are temporary. God is permanent and Eternal. God shows up every time we need comfort, not

with presents, but with His presence. This comfort is meaningful, lasting and personal.

Pleasing Who

Are you running in circles, going all out trying your best

to please everybody? Here is some good advice. Don’t

be a man pleaser, don’t be a women pleaser, a

children pleaser, a boss pleaser or even a self pleaser.

Please GOD. When you’re ways please God He’ll

make even your enemies be at peace with you!

Life Happens

There are times when you’ll have doubts, times when

difficulties cause you to stumble; our world looks like

it’s falling apart. We’ve all experience times when we

just fall into bed and weep, crying out to God.  Life

happens especially when you decide to be real,

rather than protect some kind of I’ve go-it-all-together

image.  In times like that it’s comforting to realize

God can handle all this too! He can deliver and save.

Travel Light

Let go of every evil weight and travel light.

God has a race for you to run. Under His

direction you’ll go were you’ve never been

and serve in ways you’ve never dreamed.

Let go of worries and cares. These weights

should be cast on the Lord so you can

travel light into a wonderful destiny.

Control Your Attitude

Have things happened in your life that make you

think nothing is going to turn out right? Don’t let

the hard things of life control your attitude.

Remember that God knows what He’s doing.

His plan is always good, even though you can’t

see it.  If you trust Him you’ll soon have the right

attitude and you’ll receive the blessing of God

too!
